La Toca Blanca was created to answer the growth of the Latin Market in the U.S. La Toca Blanca imports the finest frozen Spanish and Latin authentic gourmet products. We carefully select our suppliers to assure all products are manufactured under strict quality control standards. Our goal is to provide a well-selected portfolio of delicacies from the Latin Cuisine. We want to become your primary source when selecting Spanish – Latin – Caribbean menus.

    White Toque is transferred to the United States from Canada with Didier Amiel leading this new venture

    Acquisition of a 34,000 sq ft. warehouse in Secaucus, NJ, now the headquarters of White Toque.

    White Toque develops an extensive line of Frozen Specialty Product for the retail market.

    Introduction of La Toca Blanca, a Spanish and Latin authentic gourmet product.

    Acquisition of Elixir, a frozen fruit brand that specializes in Latin flavor.

    Creation of an import office in Florida.

    Creation of Cuisinery Food Market: – Home Delivery website – 1st Retail store in Paramus, NJ
